We operate on a subscription basis with the cost of membership spread across the year in 12 monthly payments of £25 per month payable by Direct Debit. We run 3 terms a year with 10-12 sessions a term. Term dates are aligned with school terms and we usually break for half term week.
Payments will be taken on the first of every month. Depending on what time of the month you join there may be an adjusting payment to pay for the first month, we will calculate this on a pro-rata basis and contact you to request payment by bank transfer for this amount. Please note that it takes approximately a week to set up your direct debit so if it is nearing the end of the month, your direct debit may not be processed in time for your first monthly payment, in which case we will contact you to request a one off bank transfer for this month.
Our hope is that this arrangement makes it easier and more affordable for everyone, whilst also building greater commitment, consistency and coherence, enabling us to move on together as a group.
